What we collect
When you send a booking request or a message through the forms on this website, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
- The contents of your message — for example your preferred treatment, date and time, and any preferences you share
We do not ask for more information than we need to answer your request. Please keep health details brief in the form; we will follow up privately if we need to know more.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and confirm your appointment by email
- To keep a record of your booking
We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for advertising.
How long we keep it
Messages and booking records are kept only as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of your appointment. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do so, email info@daisyspa.co.uk.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie set for visitors is ds_consent, which stores your cookie banner choice (accept all / necessary only) for 180 days so the banner does not ask again; it is set only after you make a choice.
