The basis on which we take bookings for massage treatments.
Services and booking confirmation
We offer four massage treatment styles — Swedish, lymphatic drainage, hot stone and aromatherapy — in 60 or 90 minute sessions. A booking request is not a confirmed appointment: we confirm every appointment by email, including the treatment, duration, time and location, before your session is final.
Prices and payment
Prices on this website are shown as ranges in euros (€), spanning the 60- and 90-minute session options — the shorter session is at the lower end of each range. The exact price is confirmed with your booking. Payment is arranged when your appointment is confirmed; card payments are processed by Stripe. Payment details are never sent to or stored by this website.
Location
The location of each session is confirmed individually when your appointment is arranged. The company’s registered office is its registered address, not a treatment location.
Cancellations and changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible at info@daisyspa.co.uk and we will rearrange your session. The applicable terms for your booking are confirmed with your appointment.
Health and responsibility
Massage treatments are a well-being service, not a medical treatment, and we cannot guarantee specific results. Please tell us before your session about pregnancies, recent injuries, medical conditions or allergies so we can adapt the treatment or suggest an alternative. We may decline or adapt a treatment where it would not be safe for you.

If something is not right, contact us at info@daisyspa.co.uk and we will do our best to put it right.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, the country in which the company is registered.
